On Wednesday evening Olimpija will take on Qarabag in this first leg first round qualifying campaign for the Champions League.
Qarabag may have more experience at this level than Olimpija but the odds on the teams beating each other are very similar with Qarabag just being installed as the favourites but this will be a tough game for them away from home.
The match will take place in Slovenia which means a big trip for the away side who play their games in Azerbaijan.
The Slovenian league kicks off next week whilst in Azerbaijan the league stopped in May with Qarabag easily winning the championship. In fact they lost just 3 games from 28 and two of those losses came near the end of the season as they evidently eased up their performances.
The away team are very astute and sure of themselves and this will be a difficult two legs for Olimpija.

We shouldn’t just presume that this game is for Qarabag because they have more experience at a higher level.
This is a tough away game for them and the value does lie in the home side to get a result.
At least by doing so they will give themselves a chance for the second leg and the home fans will be sure to cheer them on.
Qarabag may start with just one forward up front and it should be Olimpija that take more chances as the 2nd leg in Azerbaijan will be very difficult for them.
If they are at 100% they have the chance to win this game and at very good odds for us.
