PSG vs Bordeaux
French Ligue 1
Date: Saturday 28th November 2020
Kick off at 20:00 UK/ 21:00 CET
Venue: Parc des Princes (Paris).
PSG had won 8 games in a row before being defeated by Monaco last weekend and that has blown the league wide open. By losing 3-2 away to Monaco clubs such as Lille, Lyon and Montpellier have been given some hope and only four points separates 1st position to 4th.
The loss at Monaco was PSG’s 3rd of the season although it was interesting that it came at a time when many of their star players had to play international games in the same week and some would have been fatigued.
At home PSG have actually lost in Paris though this was back in September and since then the champions have won their last 4 games at the Parc des Princes. Further more they have scored 14 goals and conceded just two times.
PSG played in midweek in the Champions League where they beat RB Leipzig 1-0 and are in 2nd place in their group and three points behind Manchester United.
Bordeaux are down in 12th place and 9 points behind PSG. They did record a surprise victory last weekend by beating Rennes 1-0 and that ended a 2 game losing streak. The victory over Rennes was away from home and the club will be hoping it can kick start a winning run as they have suffered from a lack of consistency.
However this match represents Bordeaux’s toughest of the season and not many people will be expecting an upset. Also overall form is not good for the club who have lost 3 of their last five games.
Away from home Bordeaux have lost 60% of their fixtures and lost 3 of their last four trips.
PSG vs Bordeaux: Head to Head

- PSG have won the last 3 league meetings in a row.
- Bordeaux have not won in Paris in the league since 2010.
PSG vs Bordeaux: Prediction
PSG should have next to no problems to win this game. If this was away Bordeaux may have had a chance but being in Paris and also the fact that PSG lost their last league game means that the club will be taking this encounter very seriously.
The problem is that they are around 1.10 to win the game and this offers no value to customers so we will have to look into different markets such as how many goals can the home side get and also the goalscorers market.
Even though Mauro Icardi is injured PSG’s two main stars Neymar and Kylian Mbappe are fit and we expect them to get on the score sheet.
PSG vs Bordeaux: Bet Tips:
PSG to score 3+ goals at 1.62
Anytime goalscorer: Kylian Mbappe of PSG at 1.50 (1/2).
