Viborg vs Silkeborg Prediction

Viborg will be looking to arrest the current slump in form on Sunday afternoon when they host Silkeborg in Matchday No 14.

The hosts lost three and drew one of the previous four games in all competitions, revealing their defensive holes in the mid-week’s 2-3 home loss to Nordsjaelland.

They have shipped at least a goal in each of the last five home outings across competitions, including five in total in the previous two affairs along the way.

This will be the music to the ears of Alexander Rasmussen Lind who is currently the league’s top scorer with 10 goals to his name in 13 appearances for Silkeborg.

Lind had a bad game last weekend against Odense in what ended as a disappointing goalless draw for Silkeborg.

The visitors still hold the sky-high third place in the Superligaen standings thanks to a run of seven wins, one draw, and one defeat in the previous nine matches.

Silkeborg have also won three of the previous four away outings in the league, scoring at least two goals in all but one of the last five matches on the road in Superligaen.

Silkeborg have been much better so far in the season but we were not impressed at all by their performance in the goalless draw against Odense last weekend.

We like Viborg not to lose as a double chance pick at the 1.50 odds while Both Teams To Score looks like a decent option as well at the 1.66 odds knowing about the H2H history.
