The Red Bulls started their campaign on a good note and as a result they established themselves as one of the best teams in the conference. However, the recent performances have not been up to the mark and as a result they are losing footing in the top most tier.
It is high time that they respond and get back into their groove. They need to post some urgent points on the board and this upcoming match-up is a great opportunity.
They are at home and are pitted against a struggling Toronto. The Canadian team has been one of the worst in the conference and also have been the absolute worst defense in the east. Do also note that they are yet to register their first win away from home this season.
By the looks of things expect a win for New York this Sunday.
The Red Bulls were unbeaten in 10 of their past 12 overall fixtures and they had scored 2 or more goals in 3 of their last 5 matches. They have also lost just twice at home since August of 2021 and they had scored total of 10 goals from their past 3 appearances at home.
On the other hand, Toronto were winless in 7 of their last 9 overall games, and in the process they had even gone on a 5-game losing streak.
Do also note that they have won just once on the road since August of last year and in the process had gone on separate 3-game and 5-fixture losing streaks.
As things stand expect a win for the Red Bulls this weekend.
