Bohemians vs Bray Wanderers
Irish Premier Division
Date: Friday, 20 July 2018
Kick-Off at 19:45 UK / 20:45 CET
Venue: Dalymount Park, Dublin.
Bray Wanderers stunned Sligo Rovers 2-1 two weeks ago to revive the hopes of the Premier Division football to be present at Carlisle Ground next year.
It was a one-way direction for the Seagulls who were by far the weakest team in the league after 24 rounds, but the last round’s victory may lift the spirits and help Bray perform the miracle in the remaining eight games of the season.
The ninth-placed Limerick are now six points away, while the Bohs sit eight, ten points adrift of their Friday’s rivals.
A win for Bray here would entirely open up the battle and even push Bohemians into the relegation scrap which just adds on the significance of the tie at Dalymount Park in Dublin.
Even though the hosts have entirely dominated this match-up over the course of history, Bray Wanderers are the team with higher spirits ahead of the clash.
The Bohs lost four, drew one and won one of last six games across competitions and they will head into this on the back of a poor 0-3 defeat to Sligo Rovers in the previous round.
There is thus very little value in backing Keith Long’s men at 1.25 here as we’ll go for goals instead.
Three of last four league games Bray Wanderers played saw three or more goals while both teams found the back of the net in five of last six H2H meetings.
You can have Over 2.5 goals FT & BTTS at the sky-high 2.62 odds.
