West Ham vs Middlesbrough
English Premier League.
Date: Saturday, 1 October, 2016,
Kick-off at 15:00 UK
Venue: London Stadium.
Two teams in an identically poor form West Ham and Middlesbrough will face each other at London Stadium as the two teams desperately search for win to halt their poor form.
West Ham fell from last terms grace to grass this term, they have been on the receiving end of late. The new stadium seem to have put a hex on them as they have been in a very poor form since they entered their new ground.
The Hammers continued sliding down the table last weekend, they lost 0-3 at home to Southampton. Bilic’s men couldn’t handle the Saints as goals from Austin, D. Tadic and J. Ward-Prowse were enough to hand them their 5th premier league defeat. A win in this game will lift West Ham out of the drop zone as we head into the international break.
After what looks like a good start in their first games, Middlesbrough have since found themselves lagging. They are in the 16th position with 5 points, 2 points above their host West Ham in the 18th position.
Boro will enter this game from a 1-2 home defeat against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend. Heung-Min Son’s brace gave Tottenham the lead in the first half, Boro only pulled one back in the 65th minute as the game ended 2-1. Boro will be aiming to take advantage of West Hams plight this weekend.

West Ham vs Middlesbrough: Prediction
Both teams are seriously sliding down the table, they have both lost 4 of their last 5 games. They have both conceded at least 2 goals in 4 of their last 5 games, while West Ham have conceded at least 3 goals in 4 f their last 5 games.
This could be the game that will set West Ham on the good part, so I’m expecting them to grab a home win.
