West Brom vs Millwall
Date: Saturday, 10 August 2019
Kick-off at 15:00 UK / 16:00 CET
Venue: The Hawthorns (West Bromwich).
West Brom staged a comeback with two goals in the span of ten minutes to post a 2-1 win against Nottingham Forest in their first clash on the road. The squad were impressive last time out and came in third in their previous campaign. However, they missed out on the ticket to the first division after they succumbed to defeat in the qualifiers against Aston Villa.
Millwall enjoyed a positive start to the new season with a narrow 1-0 win over Preston at home. The visitors’ performance in the league last season is a stark contrast to what their foes were able to achieve. The away side had their skins saved from relegation by not more than four points and were dismal in their clashes, both at home and on the road.
Although the Lions did secure all three points in their opening game, their chances of repeating the same this weekend look doubtful, as they will be without home advantage under their belt.

West Brom vs Millwall Prediction
The hosts are already off to a winning start on the road and will be in the driving seat on Saturday, as they welcome Millwall into their midst. The home team were a dominant force on home soil in their previous campaign and succumbed to a loss on just four occasions.
The Baggies also netted fifty-three of their total eight seven goals here, and are certain to take down the Millwall side who proved to be disappointing in their outings.
Furthermore, the guests have not tasted success in their previous trips to this venue and are the underdogs by a mile to pick up all three points in this one.
Both teams did find the back of the net in their opening clashes. Considering that West Brom have not kept a clean sheet in their last five home games either, the chances of the two sides getting their names on the scoresheet by the end of the ninety minutes is definitely looming large.
