Spain have been held to three draws in their last four outings and they travel to Krasnodar to meet Tunisia for the final test ahead of the World Cup in the hope they can bounce back to the winning ways and lift their team spirits.
La Furia Roja have thus been held off by Russia and Germany back in March as well as Switzerland in their last outing on Sunday, and although the win over Argentina in the process came in a great manner – it’s questionable whether it will be enough to come to Russia as confident as ever. Lopetegui’s men will now be as motivated but could be in for another very tough challenge.
Tunisia have high hopes of their own and have proven to be a very tough side to outclass, as they connected a nine-game unbeaten streak. They’ve beaten Iran (1-0) and Costa Rica (1-0) in early 2018 Friendlies and held off both Portugal (2-2) and Turkey (2-2) to thriller draws since then, as Eagles of Carthage need to build on it ahead of the final tournament.
Tunisia vs Spain: Head-to-head
- This will be only the second head-to-head clash for the sides ever.
- Spain have bagged a 3-1 win in the first, turning a 2006 World Cup clash their way with goals from Raul and Fernando Torres in the final 20 minutes.

We will back Spain to turn this one their way too but we don’t believe it will come easy, as we stick our necks out for them to win & Both teams to score at 3.50. We have seen Tunisia regularly scoring goals recently and we do believe they’ll make an impact on the day, which makes this a great bet to get behind.
With that in mind, we should be in for a high-scoring matchup and expecting goals, we’ll now also back Over 2.5 goals FT at 1.80. We’ve seen three or more goals in three of Spain’s last five outings as well as both of Tunisia’s respective last two, which does promise another exciting occasion.
