Serbia vs Lithuania
EURO 2020 Qualification
Date: Monday, 10th June 2019
Kick-off at 19.45 UK/ 20.45 CET
Venue: Stadion Rajko Mitić (Belgrade).
Group B has returned some unexpected results, and the five-team group does not have current champions Portugal even in one of the two qualification spots. Both Serbia and Lithuania have taken part in just one game yet, and it did not turn out good for both of them.
Serbia will consider them lucky though, as they held none other than Portugal to a draw. The former was on the road, and right away in the 7th minute of the game, the hosts went under pressure and conceded a penalty. Serbia could not hold on to that advantage though, as the Euro Champions equalized just before the first half, and held the scoreline till the end.
Lithuania could have done something with their early goal against Luxembourg, and really did threaten to do so. The team was on the road and managed to rattle the fans at the stadium with a goal in the 14th minute. But right at the end of the first half the home team recorded an equalizer and added one more ten minutes into the second half.

Serbia vs Lithuania Prediction
Despite the draw in their first match, Serbia will quite on a lot of confidence, considering the stature of the opponent, Portugal. Moreover, the team is unbeaten in their last eight games and scored two or more goals in four of their last seven attempts as well.
At home, the squad was unbeaten in 12 of their last 16 tries and scored eight goals in total from the last three alone. Moreover, except for a single game back in 2009, the group holds a 100% winning record in h2h ties, and at home, they boast of such a record outright.
Going on, Serbia has never failed in finding the back of the net against this opponent, and with the support of the home crowd, Serbia has recorded three or more goals in every try.
In addition, the away form of Lithuania is dismal at best. They could return just two wins from an embarrassing 29 attempts and lost seven of the last nine as well. The team conceded two or more goals in four of the last five away matches, and they could not score a goal in 20 of their last 28 such clashes too.
By all means, expect Serbia to come out with flying colors this Monday.
