Ronaldo walks out of press conference when asked about his goal scoring form

Cristiano Ronaldo lost his cool and walked out of the press conference when the journalists quizzed him about his form this season and the relationship with team-mates Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema.

The Portuguese ace was at the firing end of questions related to his goal scoring form this season after failing to find the back of the net in four away games in a row.

“When I have I struggled to score away from home? Name one player who has scored more away goal than me since I arrived in Spain “

“No you can’t? There aren’t any. Bye everyone and Thank you”, Ronaldo grabbed his jacked and walks off the conference.

In the press conference ahead of the first leg Champions League round of 16 tie against Roma, Ronaldo sarcastically remarked that his bad form could run until the end of the season.

When the journalists compared his relation with team mates Bale and Benzema to that of Barcelona trio Messi, Suarez and Neymar, the Real Madrid ace suggested that their relationship off the field is not important to him.

“But I don’t need Bale to come to my house every day or Benzema for dinner, the important thing is what we do on the pitch.”

Ronaldo added: “At Manchester I didn’t speak with Rio Ferdinand, Ryan Giggs or Paul Scholes, but we still won the Champions League.”

At the same time, former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has played down Ronaldo’s claims suggesting that the duo were next door neighbours.

“He’s gone off me! He used to live next door to me. Unbelievable. “He didn’t like my cooking!” ”

Real Madrid will play AS Roma at Stadio Olimpico on Wednesday night, hoping to end their drought against Italian teams in the knock-out stages in Europe since 1997/98.
