PSG vs Nice Prediction French Ligue 1 by LeagueLane

PSG vs Nice
France – Ligue 1
Date: Saturday 4th May 2019
Kick off at 16:00 UK/ 17:00 CET
Venue: Parc des Princes (Paris)

PSG have won the league of course but the last few weeks seemed to overshadow that. First they lost the Coupe de France against Rennes.

Then Neymar seemed to hit out at a fan after being criticised and now Edinson Cavani is being linked to a move to the Premier League. The club also come into this game with Kylian Mbappe who is suspended.

PSG’s form throughout the season has bene fantastic however their recent form has been very poor. The club have lost 3 of their last 4 games and won just 1 in their past 6 in all competitions.

Their latest loss came away to Montpellier 3-2, and it just feels like for the club that they haven’t had time to take their league win in and just enjoy it. At home though PSG are still unbeaten and have won 16 of their 17 games drawing 1.

Nice moved into 7th place with an easy 3-0 win over Guingamp. They have won 3 of their last five games and lost just once. Away from home they have lost 3 from their last 5 games but are unbeaten in their last two games on the road.

PSG vs Nice: Head to Head

PSG have won the last 3 meetings against Nice.

Earlier this season PSG beat Nice 3-0.

Nice have not won in Paris since 2009.

PSG vs Nice: Prediction

There seems to be some sort of turmoil at PSG and we have to question if their huge odds on price is worth it. Walter Benitez the Nice goal keeper has been in superb form and the club have conceded just 1 goal in their past five matches.

We are taking Nice to win this game but on the handicap as our main bet. Plus PSG are conceding too many goals lately so we could see both teams finding the back of the net.

PSG vs Nice: Bet Tips

Handicap: Nice to beat PSG with a 2+goal start at 1.80 (4/5)

Both teams to score at 1.62 (8/13).
