Panama vs Trinidad and Tobago Prediction
Despite both teams struggling to find a win in most of their previous fixtures, the Panama side looks most likely to come away with the victory and the three points in their opening clash against Trinidad and Tobago, in the group stages of the CONCACAF Gold Cup on Wednesday.
Prior to the Panama side losing out to Uruguay and Colombia in their last two away fixtures, Panama managed to hold both Basque Country, at home, and Brazil, on the road, to a draw.
The Trinidad and Tobago side, on the other hand, have lost three out of their last four away matches, with their most recent away fixture ending in a 0-0 draw against Japan.
Considering these statistics, we can expect the match on Wednesday to certainly swing in favour of the Panama side. With neither teams getting on the score sheet in either of their last three matches, we can also rule out the chances of the clash being a high scoring one. The Panama side are likely to edge past Trinidad and Tobago by not more than a goal.
