International Friendly
Date: Wednesday, 11 November 2020
Kick-Off at 17.00 UK
Venue: Pod Goricom Stadium, Podgorica.

Montenegro have seen their unbeaten streak ended in a shock home loss to Luxembourg (1-2) last time out, conceding a late winner and dropping the top spot in Nations League C Group 1. We haven’t really felt they had disappointed as much as the rivals earned their points but Faruk Hadzibegic now has a tough task to pick them up.

Brave Falcons showed off as a tough side to score against beforehand and they’ll surely want to bounce to such a streak as soon as Wednesday. They have games against Azerbaijan and Cyprus to try and jump the rivals, which will make the contest in Podgorica all the more important we feel.

Kazakhstan, on the other hand, haven’t seen a win in three games as the thrills in League C Group 4 just keep coming. They sit rock-bottomed with a three-point gap to table-toppers Belarus and the visitors will be desperate for points late in the campaign. With that in mind, we feel they’ll try to keep it together at the back on Wednesday and finally mark a return to the winning ways ahead of the all-important November games in the Nations League.

Montenegro vs Kazakhstan Head-to-head

The sides last met in 2017, when Montenegro secured a 0-3 World Cup Qualifiers win.

They met three times in total and Brave Falcons have been very convincing on all three occasions.

Kazakhstan haven’t been able to score on any of those occasions, conceding 11 goals in the process.

Montenegro vs Kazakhstan Prediction

Montenegro have to look for a pick-me-up at home ground and we do see them making it happen. They will be in for no easy task we feel but Brave Falcons should have what it takes to return to the winning ways here, as we go back a Home win to Nil at 2.75.

We don’t feel they’ll be as comfortable as some of their past head-to-head clashes would suggest. With that in mind, we’re also backing a low-scoring contest and hoping the visitors will not make it on the scoresheet. We’ll go for Under 2.5 Goals FT, which comes at 1.66 and looks like a generous banker bet at this point.

Montenegro vs Kazakhstan Bet Tips
