Mariehamn have dropped into the immediate danger zone with a very poor streak recently, sitting just two points above the 11th placed TPS (who have a game in hand) after bagging four points in nine outings. They have earned a 2-1 win over PS Kemi in their last outing at Wiklof Holding Arena, surely hoping to build on it as they host Honka for their Matchday 18 clash on Wednesday.
However, the in-form visitors should be much more of a challenge and it’s tough to see them outclassed here. Honka come into the matchup on the back of a six-game unbeaten streak where they earned four wins and two draws, including a 2-2 thriller against RoPS on Saturday.
Vesa Vasara’s men have thus been in great shape especially in the attacking third and two against RoPS meant a great total of ten goals scored in their last four outings!
