Manchester United vs Leicester
England – Premier League
Date: Saturday, 14 September 2019
Kick-off at 15:00 UK/ 16:00 CET
Venue: Old Trafford (Manchester).
Leicester is slowly showing glimpses of life in the intensely competitive top-most tier in the Premier League. With already the usual six suspects setting targets for the European spots, the 2016 Champions will have to display an unbelievable streak of consistency to see their objective come to fruition.
One thing the foxes will be joyed about is the return to form of their star-striker Jamie Vardy. With three goals and an assist to goal along with it, the Englishman is threatening to once again push his team to the limits.
And for sure they are about to face one of their toughest battles this weekend. The battered and desperate Manchester United will be hosting the tie, and after the international break, the players will be raring to put all their might on the pitch.
The squad had begun on a fantastic note as they delivered a classic win over rivals Chelsea, with a 4-0 scorecard in the opener. Later on, though, the players failed to keep up the momentum and have been devoid of a win since.
With the Devils given the home status for the day, we’re about to witness a fierce struggle for survival.

Manchester United vs Leicester Prediction
Ole Solskjaer’s men need to respond now if they are to compete for the top four spots in the table. They have so far registered a single win in the competition, and that was on their first match-day. On the other hand, the Foxes are unbeaten so far and even won the last two games in the league.
Still, the huge superiority Ashley Young and his boys enjoy over their opponents for the day, the home advantage, and the determination to get back on track should tip the scales in their favor.
To quote a stat, the red Manchester side won six of the prior seven h2h clashes and scored twice or more in eight of the former ten meetings at this venue. Also, do note that the hosts are unbeaten at home in the last 20 years against this rival. As such, a win for the hosts seems the likely outcome.
But taking into account the struggles of Solskjaer’s men, the form of Leicester, the fact that Brendan Rogers’s men have found the back of the net in 23 of their previous 25 road trips, and the footnote that United conceded twice in their last home-tie, which was against Crystal Palace, a clean sheet for the hosts seems out of the question.
