Manchester City hold a 14 point lead at the top of the Premier League and will be the favourites to win their 24th game of the season when they host Leeds United on Saturday.
It has been a good week for Pep Guardiola’s team who are also hoping to win the Champions League for the first time. In midweek the club beat German outfit Borussia Dortmund 2-1 in the first leg of their quarter final.
City have won their last 3 games in a row and last weekend they beat 3rd placed Leicester City 2-0 away from home just to underline how strong they have been this season.
Leeds United have had a strong season by their standards and given that this is the clubs first season in the Premier League since 2004 this has been a success story. The club have 42 points and are more than safe and are in 11th place.
Marceo Bielsa’s side are in good form too and have gone their last 3 games unbeaten and they overcame Sheffield United last weekend winning that game 2-1.

Manchester City vs Leeds United: Prediction
Since Leeds are safe and City will win the league title we should see an open game with lots of attacking moments. Let’s be honest it isn’t the end of the world for City to lose this game and they could rest some of their best players for their Champions League match a few days after.
City are odds on but that probably isn’t justified in this game because both teams do not have much riding on this. This is why we need to look into different markets like the goalscorers one and find different value.
City should still have enough to win this game but Leeds will get plenty of chances, and this could be the most exciting game in the Premier League this weekend.
