Liverpool ignite interest in Subotic; Batshuayi to snub Juventus for Premier League

Neven Subotic to Liverpool

Liverpool are reportedly interested in Borussia Dortmund center defender Neven Subotic.

Jurgen Klopp worked with the 27-year-old at Dortmund which the pair clinched back-to-back Bundesliga trophies in 2011 and 2012 and Champions League runners up in 2013.

Klopp had a good working relationship with the Serbian international which dates back from Mainz 05.

Liverpool had a frantic defensive performance last season which Klopp wants to rectify and Subotic looks as the lucky one to find antidote to the problem.

Michy Batshuayi could snub Juventus for Premier League clubs

Michy Batshuayi’s comment could put off Juventus and handed a boost to West Ham and Tottenham.

Juventus were keen on to get the forward as a possible replacement for Alvaro Morata who moved back to Real Madrid.

But the 22-year-old’s comment could switched the Serie A champions off as he stated his admiration for the Premier League.

“Everybody likes the Premier League. It has a lot of spectacle, a lot of goals and many good players.

” It is natural that every good player is attracted by that league,” he said.

Westham United have tabled a fresh £28.25 for the Belgium international who’s also seriously on Tottenham radar.

Batshuayi’s moved from Standard Liege to Marseille in 2014 and caught the attention of many potential clubs across Europe.

He scored 24 goals in the domestic league and has two goals in five games for Belgium.
