Juventus vs Hellas Verona
Italy – Serie A
Date: Saturday, 21 September 2019
Kick-off at 17:00 UK / 18:00 CET
Venue: Allianz Stadium (Turin).
Juventus have lost Serie A leadership for the first time since March 2018, and they will be looking to reclaim the top spot, at least for a while, when they take on Hellas Verona on Saturday at Allianz Stadium.
With two wins and a draw, Juve are currently third, levelled with Bologna and two points behind Inter. After beating Parma (1-0) and Napoli (4-3), Bianconeri played out a goalless draw vs Viola in the previous round.
Juventus disappointed in that one and allowed Fiorentina to command the game. They kicked off their Champions League campaign with a 2-2 draw against Atletico, and coach Sarri will probably field rotated, less intimidating lineup on Saturday, but they should win, nonetheless. Pjaca, Perin, Chiellini, De Sciglio and Douglas Costa are on the host’s injury-list.
With the win-draw-loss record of 1-1-1, Hellas Verona are sitting at 11th position. They shared the spoils with Bologna (1-1) in the opening round and won all-important clash vs Lecce (1-0) on the road before their first league loss to AC Milan (0-1) last Sunday.
Gli Scaligeri received two early red cards this season and they should be careful this time around, because it can end badly for them. Bocchetti, Badu, Crescenzi and Bessa are out injured, Stepinski is suspended.

Juventus vs Verona: Prediction
Juventus have flawless home record vs Verona and I expect them to extend that streak with ease. Although media don’t have Adrien Rabiot or Aaron Ramsey in the XI, Maurizio Sarri might give them a nod, and we should see Bianconeri in attacking mood from the get-go. I’ll have them in -2 Asian Handicap and pick them to win with over 2.5 goals.
