Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has expressed satisfaction in his side’s 2-2 draw at home to West Bromwich Albion.
Jordan Henderson broke the deadlock for the Reds in 21 minutes before Craig Dawson pulled parity on 30 minutes to end the first half.
Jonas Olsson put the Hawthorns up front after the break at 73 minutes before Divock Origi’s late goal on 90 minutes ensured a point for Liverpool.
And Jurgen Klopp who looks a bit relieve after avoiding another home defeat following a surprise 2-0 lost at home to Newcastle last Monday is well pleased with his side character against West Bromwich Albion.
“I’m satisfied now because it was the perfect finish to this game, the one point was the minimum that we deserved today.”
“Two set plays cost us, we knew about their quality in these situations but we tried. It was difficult. We created chances, made a perfect goal then conceded those two.”
“But at the end I can live with it. This could prove to be a very special moment for us in the season to strike back against such a team,” the German added.
The draw has moved Liverpool to ninth position in the League table, four points to top four finish and nine points adrift of top spot Club Arsenal.
Liverpool will focus on their next four fixtures which are, Watford, Leicester City, Sunderland and West Ham.
