Jamaica vs Curacao
CONCACAF Gold Cup
Date: Wednesday, June 26th June 2019
Kick off at 01:00 UK / 02:00 CET
Venue: Banc of California Stadium (Los Angeles).
Jamaica will be weighing in their chances of the finishing the group as table toppers when they clash with Curacao on Wednesday, for the third round of group fixtures at the Banc of California Stadium.
The latter have not been convincing in the matches building up to their tie and managed to just edge it past Honduras in their most recently concluded match.
Remko Bicentini’s side have their keeper Eloy Room to thank for that, having made a total of thirteen saves by the end of the ninety minutes. The team enjoyed less than half of the possession and had just four of their attempted seven shots on target.
The Jamaicans are without a loss in any of their last two Gold Cup matches. Their opening fixture saw them score three past their opponents Honduras who were able to retaliate with just two.
However, their second group fixture which was against El Salvador, was played out in a disappointing stalemate despite Theodore Whitmore’s men enjoying more than half of the possession. His side managed just two shots on target from the attempted seven and were caught offside on three occasions.
Bicentini’s men are now in third in the group with three points while their counterparts are at the helm with four.

Jamaica vs Curacao Prediction
Curacao are unlikely to snatch the win and the three points from Jamaica in their clash against each other on Wednesday.
Remko Bicenti’s men could only manage to clinch a victory by the narrowest of margins in their last encounter against Honduras. Prior to their win, they suffered a slender 1-0 defeat at the hands of El Salvador. The squad have, so far, been from convincing when it comes to creating chances and taking them.
His side will have to thwart the opposition from enjoying a lot of time on the ball as their counterparts have shown an interest in keeping the majority of the possession in their last two matches.
The fixture is likely to see two or three goals at the most with the win certain to swing in favor of the Jamaicans.
