Hull City vs Preston North End
English League Championship
Date: Saturday, 20th October 2018
Kick-off at 15:00 UK/ 16:00 CET
Venue: KCOM Stadium (Hull).
As surprising as it may sound Hull City and Preston North End will be playing a relegation six-pointer. Both sides are nowhere near their standard and will need a serious boost to lift themselves from the bottom.
There’s not a lot to say about Hull this season. The Tigers can’t find their style and are relying on some good results more of an exception than a norm. They need to stabilize their game and start producing decent performances on regular basis.
Hull City suffered a minimal loss last game their second in a row against Sheffield United. Sure many people will say The Blades are top of the table it’s understandable. Well they have their point but when you are disappointing week after week and produce a decent performance against the leaders you still end up pointless and bottom of the table.
Preston went from battle for top 6 last year to battle for survival this season. The team cannot find its form and the style which brought them decent success last year doesn’t seem to work anymore. The team struggles to keep their goal intact and concedes too many goals.
Before the break though Preston produced an outstanding performance. It remains to be seen though whether it was just some exclusion or the team has improved. North End scored 4 goals to Wigan but more importantly they kept e clean sheet. Considering they conceded 20 goals in their previous 7 games it was a huge surprise.

Hull City vs Preston: Predictions
This game should offer goals. Both sides are capable scorers but lack stability at the back. It looks unlikely to see a 0 in the final score. In terms of outcome the draw looks likely. Both Preston and Hull are far from their best. It will be hard to separate two very similar sides and the draw looks a likely result.
