Everton vs Leeds United
English Premier League
Date: Saturday 28th November 2020
Kick off at 17:30 UK/ 18:30 CET
Venue: Goodison Park (Liverpool).
Everton have been one of the surprise packages in the Premier League so far although recent form has seen the club lose pace following 3 defeats in a row.
However Carlo Ancelotti’s side got back to winning ways last weekend as they overcame Fulham 3-2 away from home and they will feel confident coming into this match.
Everton are in sixth place and a win could see them climb up 2-3 positions and really put themselves back in the mix.
Although Everton will be happy to be playing at home they have only won 50% of their fixtures here so far and haven’t won in their own stadium since the beginning of October.
Leeds have been exciting to watch but sometimes can look reckless and some observers will be wondering if the wheels are coming off the team.
Although last weekend Marcelo Bielsa’s team were unlucky to draw 0-0 with Arsenal as they dominated the game and hit the post twice.
But despite what has seemed like a positive start for the club they are down in 14th place and have won just once in their last five matches. It is obvious though that Bielsa has had to work on Leeds’ defence who had conceded 8 goals in their two games before the Arsenal clash.
Away from home Leeds have won 2 and lost 2 with their last away game ending in a 4-1 loss against Crystal Palace.

Everton vs Leeds United: Prediction
Despite their being a difference in positions these clubs are quite equal in quality and there isn’t much between them. However the biggest difference will be experience playing in the league.
Leeds United have a dreadful record at this ground and we can’t see that changing at the weekend. Everton started the season so well and manager Ancelotti will want to rekindle that feeling.
Everton have a tough fixture list coming up where they could be expected to drop points so it is games like this against a newly promoted side at home that must be won.
Overall Leeds United defence is going to suffer away from home where they are conceding on average 2 goals a game and we expect Everton to ease to victory at home.
