Drogba passes judgement on Jamie Vardy

Chelsea and Ivory Coast legend Didier Drogba has given his verdict on the in-form Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy saying “You have to go the next level and score”.

Jamie Vardy has scored in 10 consecutive games in the Premier League and could break Ruud Van Nelstelrooy’s record if he find the back of the net for Leicester City in Saturday’s home league clash with Manchester United.

And Didier Drogba who is now 37 years old thinks J.Vardy must do more to proove his wits.

“He is one of the most efficient strikers at the moment.”

“Scoring goals in a team like Leicester is one thing but you have to go to the next level and score.

“What he is doing right now is fantastic, though” the Montreal Impact forward added.

Drogba scored 164 goals in 282 outings in his two stint at Chelsea and he was speaking to promote his autobiography called ‘Commitment’.
