World Cup contestants Denmark and Panama are about to test each other before the appearance at the biggest stage next summer. The two sides are about to lock horns on Thursday evening at Brondby Stadion where the Danes will be hoping to boost up their confidence with a comprehensive victory head of the much more serious check against South American Chile five days later.
The hosts head into this as massive favourites, particularly after an impressive showing in the 1-5 thumping of Republic of Ireland in the reverse fixture of their tie WC playoffs tie last November. Christian Eriksen has shown class back then earning sympathies from all around the globe thanks to a brilliant display in Dublin.
The Danes were unsuccessful in the NON-FIFA set of friendlies in January losing to both Sweden and Jordan, but the head coach Age Hareide should be able to count on his best possible lineup for these two clashes with Panama and Chile.
Los Canaleros have managed to catch their last train for Russia beating the likes of Costa Rica 2-1 in the final round of the CONCACAF WC Qualifications in October last year. Panama have thus finished their campaign at the third place, but it’s really hard to expect much from the side with limited quality at the biggest stage this summer.

The gulf in quality should be notable and we would not be surprised to see Eriksen & company snatch a commanding victory in front of the home crowd at Brondby Stadion.
Since Panama have struggled for goals in their qualifying campaign, we can hardly see them on the scoreline here at all.
