Crusaders vs Torshavn
Europa League Qualifying
Date: Thursday, 11th July 2019
Kick off at 18:00 UK/ 19:00 CET
Venue: Seaview (Belfast).
Crusaders of the Northern Irish league will take on Torshavn from the Faroe Islands it what could be quite an interesting Europa League qualifying game.
Crusaders are expected to at least win this first leg game in Belfast and they should have a good support as the team try to make it to the 2nd qualifying round. The problem for the home side is that this match represents their first competitive game since April and they might be rusty.
Also we have a team that are not used to winning games lately and they finished the season in April losing 3 games in a row. In fact they haven’t won in any of their last six matches.
If we count just their European record then Torshavn have no wins in 90 minutes in Europa League football for their last six games. They did make the 2nd round only after a penalty shoot out against Podgorica but otherwise when they met quality last year in Besiktas they lost 8-0 on aggregate.
Crusaders vs Torshavn: Head to Head

Crusaders vs Torshavn: Prediction
Crusaders can be backed at around 1.70 to win this match and the away side are 5.00 with the draw coming in at around 2.75. We think Torshavn can give Crusaders a hard game and that is why we are going to opt to back the away team to win.
It is best to come in with small stakes, but they are a great price for the win. Crusaders are simply not a good team, and even though this match marks a new season for the club, they have lost that winning feeling and maybe some confidence along the way.
Torshavn are not a good side when they come up against quality, but they might just be able to handle Crusaders and frustrate them.
