Chelsea host Leicester City at Stamford Bridge on Sunday evening, in one of the most anticipated matches of the final matchday of English Premier League season 2015/16.
Many had expected the Premier League title could be decided on the final matchday, but Leicester City had sealed it before time and lowered the importance of this fixture, on other day would have been a title decider. But there is enough excitement in the build up to this particular match as both teams want to end their campaign with a win for two different reasons.
An injury time goal by Christian Benteke denied Chelsea a win at Anfield on Wednesday and left them without a win in three league games. The team which showed some resurgence under Guss Hiddink has fallen to pieces at the tail end of the season and won just one game in their last 6. The Blues have nothing to play for, but they won’t take nothing less than a win at Stamford Bridge in the final day of the season, as well as final match in charge for Hiddink.
The high flying Leicester City are still celebrating their epic title win and will be taking the field with full confidence once again. The Foxes are undefeated in their last 11 matches and Ranieri would want to finish their fairytale season strongly. The 3-1 home win against Everton last weekend just showed even a Leicester City eleven in party hangover is capable of rolling over any opponents.
Ranieri has no injury worries and expect the absence of Robert Huth through suspension. They will go with full strength looking for all three points on Sunday evening. But Chelsea will be missing their star hitman Diego Costa through injury, while Captain John Terry is suspended.

Chelsea vs Leicester City: Head-to-Head
The first leg clash between the two sides at King Power Stadium in December ended in a 2-1 win for Leicester, which ignited the proceedings that led to the sacking of Jose Mourinho.
Chlelsea are on a 5 match winning run against Leicester City in all competitions.
Seven of the last 8 matches between Chelsea and Leicester City have seen over 2.5 goals.
Chelsea had scored 2 or more goals in each of the last 5 home games against Leicester.
Chelsea vs Leicester City: Prediction
Chelsea come on the back of a strong home record against Leicester after winning in all of the last 5 matches at Stamford Bridge. But this Leicester side are a different proposition that those in the previous seasons.
The Blues have won just five home matches all season and one win in their last 9. While Leicester are unbeaten in their last 4 away games and kept a clean sheet in three of those.
Chelsea have problems at their defense as Terry is suspended. The absence of Diego Costa will make their attack toothless, despite Hazard showing some signs of form. I expect a very fierce encounter here and the Foxes will be looking to go on the front foot from the word go. So goals are expected on both sides and this one could see over 2.5 goals.
My Prediction for this game is a high scoring draw, to be precise 2-2 at the final whistle.
