After having a quiet few weeks in the transfer market Chelsea are now actively making changes to their squad for the remaining 15 matches of the season.
The loan deal for Corinthians striker Alexandre Pato is almost set to complete with the player already in London to undergo a medical and finalize his remaining paper work.
Chelsea are not finished here as they are eyeing for eying for further reinforcements with experienced Dutch striker and ex-Arsenal ace Robin Van Persie poised to a move to the Stamford Bridge.
The 32-year old Van Persie is having an ordinary season at Turkish outfit Fenerbache since joining them from Manchester United this summer.
Loic Remy will be a sad causality as is edging to an exit to Premier League title contendors Leicester City. The Foxes are willing to offer £7.6m for the services of the French forward who just made one start this season.
Remy is keen to have ample playing time under his belt as he looks to bolster his chance of playing for France in the Euro 2016.
