The Rossoneri will be looking to take down another giant from Emilia-Romagna. As we know, consistency is not their forte, but I won’t be surprised if they tiki-taka their way to another win.

Bologna vs AC Milan: Prediction

The Veltri climbed up to 12th position on the Serie A ladder after snapping their four-game winless streak with a 2-1 victory over Napoli at hostile Stadio San Paolo.

Despite being down at half-time, the team found its strength and fought back to record a massive win vs last season’s runner-up. Their difficult schedule continues as they are set to host AC Milan on Sunday before they take a trip to Bergamo to face Atalanta.

Bologna have two wins, two draws and two defeats at Renato Dall’Ara this season, scoring and conceding goals at the same rate – 1.50 per match. They played out an entertaining 2-2 draw vs Parma in their most recent home game.

Medel is suspended for the hosts – what a shocker. Dijsk is out with an injury, Soriano is doubtful.

Stefano Pioli’s side looked fantastic in last week’s narrow win over Parma. They’ve enjoyed 66% of the ball possession, took 19 shots and produced 11 goal-scoring opportunities. The Rossoneri could’ve scored 3 or 4 goals, but Calhanoglu, Kessie and Bonaventura failed to convert their chances. Instead it was Real Madrid loanee, Theo Hernandez, who got the job done super-late in the game.

AC Milan have recorded three wins and four losses on their travels so far, netting a goal per game, whilst shipping 1.43 goals per bout.

Everyone bar Duarte, who will be out for 3 months, are fit to play.

Bologna, as always, will take the game to their opponents. They’re not a team that sits back and defend, especially at home. The Veltri have players that can unlock any defence and ACM will struggle to record back-to-back clean sheet.

The Rossoneri will be looking to beat another giant from Emilia-Romagna. As we know, consistency is definitely not their forte, but I won’t be surprised if they tiki-taka their way to another win and, with a mad 2-3 hunch, I’m willing to back them in DNB market.

All things considered, we’re in for a thrilling match with goals on both ends.
