The closing match of 5th round of Norwegian Eliteserien is going to take place on Monday evening between Bodo/Glimt and Rosenborg. The hosts are searching for the positive result against the defending champions, while the away side wants to catch up with the top placed teams.
Home side has been recently promoted and their main goal is securing the survival at the end of the season. After the opening victory over Lillestrom, they tied three straight defeats and it seems that they’ll struggle to keep their heads above the water. Kjetil Knutsen’s side failed to score in those three matches and they need to start finding the back of the net urgently, especially since the defence hasn’t been so good. Bodo/Glimt should be looking to break this negative run as soon as possible, but this time they’ll face the tough challenge.
The defending champions have opened the campaign in an unstable fashion since they managed to book their first win in the latest round against the top placed Molde. Anders Konradsen and the lads are managing to convert their chances into goals, but the defence needs to tighten their lines up and they’ll be heading for the top of the table since they have a very strong squad for the domestic league. Now they have a good chance of booking their first away victory of the season with which they should start a winning streak.
