Blackburn vs Bristol City
England – Championship
Date: Saturday, 20 June 2020
Kick-off at 15:00 UK/ 16:00 CET
Venue: Ewood Park.
The Rovers may be struggling in overall games, but they certainly have done well at home this whole season. They have three teams above them in the race for the playoff spots, and they are taking on one of them this weekend.
Considering that the Robins have been on one of the worst runs of any teams in the whole competition (despite their position in the table), the Rovers surely are hopeful. And since the Robins have a lead of just two points over the Rovers, a win will greatly benefit the latter.
Moreover, another one of the team to be overtaken, Cardiff (with a one-point lead over the Rovers) are taking on toppers and potential champions, Leeds. As such, count on Blackburn to give their 100% on the pitch, and secure the three points this Saturday.

Blackburn vs Bristol City: Prediction
The Rovers lost 3-0 on the road the last match-day, against Derby. All through the game the hosts dominated proceedings, and did not allow any scope for the Rovers to make a comeback.
Chris Martin struck twice for Derby, with the second of his goals coming just five minutes before full time.
In the meantime, the Robins were held to a 1-1 draw at home the past match-day. The fixture was stuck at 0-0 till the 70th minute, before the home team slotted in the first goal.
However, they could not hold on to that lead, as the guests equalized with just six minutes remaining on the clock.
The Rovers are the favorites for the day – especially due to the way they have performed at home all season. They were unbeaten in 17 of their prior 19 appearances here, and their only loss since August at this stadium had come against Fulham (former PL team).
On the other hand, the Robins are on a five-game winless run (three of which were losses), and they have had a total of five wins away from home since September of 2019. And on top of all that, the Rovers had won the reverse fixture with a 0-2 scoreline on the road.
Considering all these observations, it’s concluded that Blackburn are on course to record an impressive performance this Saturday.
