On the other side, Kayserispor look weaker than last season when they finished in the bottom half of the Super Lig standings.
The visitors look destined for the relegation scrap this time around. They did manage to snatch wins over Alanyaspor and Yeni Malatyaspor in the recent exhibitions, but they will count for little when they run into the new Besiktas side on the opening day at Vodafone Park in Istanbul.
